The battery life on the i9BTs is excellent the the comfort is top notch. Having a case included, at this price point, is hard to beat. I know many readers who have emailed me huge thanks for picking these up and going wireless has totally changed their travel experience.
However, for those who are still firmly in the Bose or nothing camp – they are also almost 50% off today for both the Bose QuietComfort 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones Android version as well as for the Bose QuietComfort 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones for Apple version of the headphones!
Either way these are two solid and exceptionally priced travel deals today! – René

Rene, how is the talk quality since the microphone is on the earpiece and not inline? I’d love the have the QC35 but I just can’t bring myself to pay $200 for a headphone!
So, how exactly are you connecting a Bluetooth transmitter with no display to the Bluetooth headphones since you can’t actually see the names of the Bluetooth devices to know which to connect to?
@Erik – You simply hold both devices near each other and enter pair mode for each device. They sync once and done (i.e. after that just turn both on and they find each other in seconds). Super simple.
What’s the price with / without the coupon applied? I don’t see the coupon listed on Amazon.com. Also – your link appears to go to a Bluetooth receiver, not transmitter…. Thanks
@RobW – The price w/out coupon for the Naztech is $99.99 – after coupon $59.99. The blutooth receiver is both. There is a switch to put in either send or transmit data mode. FYI per the specs they say: “Battery life :TX mode: about 10 hours; RX mode: about 8 hours”. I have found it to be a little less than this. But you can charge it while using it if needed.
Rene, apparently the bluetooth receiver/transmitter has changed, even if the link has stayed the same. I, too, ordered the device last week after reading about it here, and it arrived yesterday. It has NO switch to change to receiver/transmitter mode on the side. The only switch on the side is an on/off switch. The product documentation also describes the product only as a receiver, and the instructions don’t say anything about transmitting – only receiving. I also note in the Amazon reviews that at least one person has recently said this product is only a receiver, not a transmitter. I’m opening a return ticket with Amazon, as it seems the product has changed and no longer includes a transmit function.
@Adam – Bummer – clearly they need to update the wording that shows TX time etc. Simple to return and get one that is. This one could be an option: https://amzn.to/2zxbyU8
One more idea is contact their customer service (via Amazon). My guess is they will, for free, send you the right one.

@Wes – I have been impressed and had no issues from my end or those calling.

Thanks – still can’t get coupon to apply for Naztech…
@RobW – They seem to have sold out on the coupon offer sad to say! Congrats to all who got in!
Where is the coupon, I’m not seeing it?
@Robert – I think they have sold out of the coupon deal. 🙁
@Rene, cool thanks. FYI, you did link to a Bluetooth receiver instead of a transmitter.
@Erik – The bluetooth receiver is both a transmitter and receiver. You just flip a switch on the side of the unit.
I ordered the Bluetooth receiver and it arrived today, but there is no switch on the side of the unit. Are you sure it can be used as a transmitter?
@Doug – It should be. Mine is. The description says both. Check instructions.
